BAR(N)STOL

This project was my capstone for MMK360 - Furniture Design at Lund University. It was part of a group project that used a cohesive design language and materials list. Our group used concrete and plywood as our principal mediums and evoked an industrial yet modern style. The name is a play on words combining the Swedish word barstol (barstool) and barnstool (high chair; or literally child stool). The design of this chair utilizes a CNC router which allowed me to take home my design digitally while leaving the physical project in Sweden.
